Jurors perform a vital role in the American system of justice. The protection of our rights and liberties is achieved primarily through the teamwork of our system of judge and jury working together in a common effort. Jury service is a very important duty of citizenship and without you, the juror, our system of trial by jury would not exist.
If you receive a Juror Questionnaire and have moved, please note that on the questionnaire and return it to the Court with verification.
Please call (937) 456-4941 or check this website https://eatonmunicipalcourt.com/juryDuty.php by 4:00pm the day before your requested jury service to see if you are still required to appear.
